We contacted all of our Christmas card customers this year and put forward a small survey. As we are always trying to improve our system we love getting feed back from you guys, we will soon publish the results on the website, but thought we would treat you all to a few of the great comments we received.
When asked “Is there any thing you would change about the School Christmas card project we ran” some of the responses were as follows……

* I cannot rate customer service highly enough. You replied to an email query very late in the evening. That was an enormous help to me since I am a volunteer trying to fit in this organisation with my work/family life.

* I had fantastic customer service. I phoned as I’d missed one order off. Your customer adviser did a great job, sorted for me it arrived a few days later.
* No, I received the most spectacular service. could not fault it.
